Use the following form to make a payment on your application directly to Wellness Education Center via the PayPal payment service. Most major credits cards are accepted and a current paypal account is not required.
You will be redirected to a secure URL on paypal.com where you will enter your payment details.
When you finish with the payment details, you will be returned back to the online application.
